I would reach out for legal help. If this person has just one advocate on "the outside" to demand that fundamental rights be respected - I think that would help. Don't back down! They are undoubtedly being enumerated for the excessive "care" they insist this person needs!

Untill in the start of the month of April, then here in Thailand, in connection to the daily number of persons told dead by Covid-19, under this line followed 4 other lines, the first "not vaccinated, next vaccinated and suffering from cancer, next vaccinated and diabetes (I think it was) and the last vaccinatedv and many diseases. And daily it only was 0 - 2 dead of the not vaccinated persons. I can not read Thai, so my wife traslated. But after the number of dead increased, then no longer telling about suffering from other diseases, only the number of dead persons. All of the year I has tried to shout up why in danish news only telling the number of infected, and not at word about how many of theese was vaccinated? So everybody think that only the not vaccinated have can be infected.
I hope this person is soon released, though this cannot be certain.
