If it's Google allowing a script kiddie to generate gmail addresses, that's just too funny (but not, if you know what I mean). Google--the biggest "opponent" to "misinformation" yet they let a spammer exploit their API to create addresses and send what is essentially SPAM. Hey, it's only 2023 after all. Email and computing is still in its infancy...

That spammer is obnoxious! You have hundreds of thousands of subscribers and he is ruining their experience commenting.
Perhaps allowing PAID subscribers only is a half-good temporary measure. Someone should write a script to delete those comments.
