My lawsuit was moved from circuit court to federal court last week. My employer forced me out of my nurse case manager role ( working from home during Covid and they are still working from home) despite approving my accommodation request of self testing, providing proof of antibodies and wearing PPE ( to appease them)- all at my cost. They emailed they approved my accommodation and 3 weeks later they forced me out of my job to a different job. It’s one of the largest health insurance companies in this country. I feel like David vs. Goliath, but I cannot simply let them get away with infringing on my birthrights and protections I’m afforded as a citizen of this country!
My husband and I both got ill 2 months after receiving covid vac. My husband has dementia and I was diagnosed with 2 forms of cancer. Mouth cancer and breast cancer. We were fine and working before covid vac.
Another question!! Is there away to test my blood to see if I have the bio weapon running through me. I’m not vaccinated but my wife and son are. Concerned about shedding
My wife developed severe celiac disease. She touches a piece of wheat it almost kills her. I looked her batch up. 61 deaths and 4100 adverse reactions. Do we have a case. Plus her employer forced her to get it.
