I guess so. So the question to ask lawmakers is how low do daily deaths have to go before this is no longer an emergency. Nobody wants to ask (or answer) that question.
How do we know any of these people died either WITH COVID or OF COVID when false positive rates are so high on all tests and the CDC has essentially paid bounties for COVID diagnoses? This issue was discussed a great deal in 2020, but hasn't gotten a lot of play recently. Has this problem been solved?
It's quite easy to infer someone has died of the jab but the comparisons to those who "have COVID" seem, a priori, to be impossible and, therefore, fraudulent.
IMHO even 1 million deaths justify emergency powers of any executive branch official. We have a legislature for a reason. No governor should have any emergency powers and worst case, a day limited (say 30 days) after which legislature has to vote.
Of the average 9 tragic deaths per day in the State of California, is it known how many of these people were vaccinated? And how many patients suffering with COVID in the state hospitals ICUs have been vaccinated? I would imagine the vaccinated represent a very high proportion of deaths and of those seriously ill. If this data could be published, it would make a damning report on the lack of safety of the vaccines and provide compelling evidence to stop the vaccination program now.

Please focus on the comments on the limited usefulness of doing diagnosis of respiratory viruses on nasopharyngeal swabs by PCR. My brothers skin cancer came back after being in remission for 7 years. I also have a good friend whi had a stroke after her third jab ( Doctor told her it was a very rare side effect of catching Omnicron🤔) and a super healthy friend of mine - Dad in his 40s has been officially diagnosed with a vaccine related injury - he now has to wear a heart monitor. He did not want the jab or booster but was forced by his employer. His Doctor told him these injuries are common. I asked if it was reported to VAERS and he didnt think so
