This from my NCM at ins co:

I spoke with an Envolve pharmacy coordinator. There has been a plan change for the 2022 year. There is now a plan limit for Ivermectin, it can only be filled once every 60 days.

Such BS.

I have been able to get hydrocloroquine easily as I have had it for arthritis for several years. Firmly believe in it.

I love the closing: "Fail not at your peril, as the next letter will be a formal notice of intent to sue. Thank you."

Small world. I used to work on La Jolla Blvd in La Jolla, CA. I probably have driven past their offices without realizing it.

My prescription for Ivermectin was happily filled at my local CVS -- my pharmacist is from INDIA.

The lawyer's letter includes the line "ivermectin oral tablets are used worldwide for treatment of certain parasitic infections. SARS-CoV-2 (which causes COVID-19) is such a parasitic infection." Then it goes on to describe bacteriophage-like behavior.

I'm not arguing that the pharmacy was doing the right thing, I applaud both Tysons in this case. But COVID-19 is not a parasitic infection, it's a virus. Bacteriophages don't really have anything to do with parasitic infections. Am I wrong?

Wow, someone actually found a f##king lawyer to represent them concerning anything to do with Covid. Up until this point, the gutless lawyers have been as bad or worse then 99% of the useless physicians.

You are absolutely right Michele!! Their narrative is not mine nor will it ever be.

Thanks for this info. I’m in need of an attorney to consult with about the unenforceable indoor mask ‘guidance’ that stores are attempting to enforce at the moment in CA.This week I was in an Independent Bookstore, Warwick’s, that ironically, is in the same town that Dr. Tyson’s attorney practices in La Jolla, CA, with 4 other women. The owner of the store, Nancy Warwick, called the police on us because we would not put on a mask in the store and we would not leave because we wanted to shop without having to wear a face covering.
