Does the graph in your illustration represent the ENTIRE state's population of each age group, both vaxxed and unvaxed, or are those stats applicable to the vaxx status of just those age groups. I believe they knew early on that these vaccines were never safe and effective, and I believe vaccine passports were all about getting the whole population vaccinated.
