We had a nice chat with the Attorney General's office in Nebraska. If you practice in Nebraska, doctors and other healthcare providers are free to speak the truth. Seriously.

Sit down. Prepare yourself. You will not believe what I am about to tell you.
In Nebraska, they value freedom of speech for doctors and other healthcare providers
If you are a doctor, you can prescribe ivermectin to a patient and you will not have your license to practice medicine revoked. Yes, that was not a typo.
The reason is due to a provision in Nebraska law that makes the Medical Boards accountable to the Attorney General’s office. The Boards can’t revoke a license without the AG’s consent.
In this case, the occupants of the AG’s office are superb; they are critical thinkers. They don’t just accept the narrative from US government agencies as gospel. They actually look at the science! What a novel concept.
Check out this opinion. I’ve never seen anything like this from any AG’s office. It’s a work of art.
As far as I know, this is the only state in the US that will protect doctors and other licensed who speak truthfully from having their license lifted by the state medical boards.

Our surveys indicate that anywhere from 20 to 50% of doctors know the vaccines are unsafe, but are afraid to speak out due to fear of retribution.
Protection from the State Medical Board is not enough
Unfortunately, the retribution can come from not just their state medical boards, but can also come from:
their employer
local hospitals where they have privileges
the local community
Basically, if any lone doctor speaks up, he has his head cut off.
What will healthcare providers in Nebraska do?
In light of the situation, the question is what will healthcare providers in Nebraska do? Speak out? Or remain silent?

Help me to understand why this 48 page document shouldn't be sent by certified mail to EVERY attorney general in the U.S.? Wouldn't that technically allow ALL physicians to prescribe? It seems to me, a non attorney, that this research provides clear evidence that ALL physicians are legally free to prescribe ivermectin and other FDA approved off label medicines.
I read through that pdf document a few months back, it is outstanding about repurposed generic medications, ivermectin, HCQ, and others, and how the physician-patient relationship is important and the state HHS or health dept. cannot sanction a physician or prevent them from caring for patients.
The person who asked the Atty General, the head of their state HHS, was attempting to prevent any physician from prescribing any early treatment meds, or face penalties, license suspension, etc.
I encourage you to download the file to save, read, and share. Some time ago I started files on the computer and online drive to keep all those odds and ends so I can share folders and files with others and find various items.
