NEW: I'm posting a few hours before I trigger the email notifications... not a bug

Some of you have noticed that you aren't getting email notifications. I'm to blame, not your provider (or Substack).

Several people wondered why they haven’t gotten my recent posts in their email. This is not the fault of your email provider; this is just a new style for me. Here’s the story…

I often write posts at 10pm to 3am PST.

Normally, I’d set publication for the next morning.

I’ve switched to:

1. publish immediately WITHOUT email blast,

2. wait for some feedback to make sure everything is good,

3. then launching the email blast.

This should improve the quality of the material you get in your inbox.
