The Texas State legislators have sent a request to the FDA for emergency use authorization of flu testing in doctors offices and points of care regardless of CLIA status. If the FDA were to authorize this as an emergency use, we could immediately start testing sick children and adults as soon as their symptoms start so that we may apply therapeutics like Tamiflu and Xofluza more immediately. Maybe people saw this post and put pressure on Dr. Offit, but according to this post by Dr. Marc Siegel of Fox news, this is what Dr. Offit had to say about putting the booster on the children's vaccine schedule:
"On Thursday morning I heard from Dr. Paul Offit, head of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a member of the FDA’s Advisory Committee on vaccines about the CDC decision to add the COVID-19 vaccine to their suggested schedule of regular vaccines for children. Offit agrees with the CDC on this, despite his previous criticisms of overly vigorous booster requirements without the approval of his advisory committee."

I really like that last point you made. If the all cause benefit exists they should be able to show it. Instead they rely on the proxy of antibody level. But we know that antibodies don't always provide any benefit. It's the big giveaway that they don't really work and the vaccine pushers know it.
My awakening began when the pediatrician did the “hard sell”, for my 2 little homeschooled girls, who spent most of their days under me like baby chicks under a hen— to get the STUPID and HIGHLY harmful HPV gardisil shot at like 6 & 10 years old! They did everything to make me feel like an uneducated, bad mom. I have a college degree and read like a fiend but sure, doc. Treat me like a a 4th grader.
The shot was NEW. They had no idea the long term effects but I’M the idiot in the room??? BTW, they’ve since discontinued that gardisil 1 shot in the US, but they sent it to INDIA. What does that say to those poor girls? USA gives gardisil 9, not quite as harmful but still stupid. Many gardisil 1 recipients were rendered infertile at 12 & 13, ushered into menopause.
