The practice of getting things manufactured in another country and then labelling it to be manufactured at home has been going on for decades. The reason Pfizer was able to slap the Made in USA label on the vaccines made in China is becaue the vial bottle itself is manufactured in the USA. So, China made the lethal fluid.
