They KNEW that any cure would DESTROY their evil plans and HAD TO BE BLOCKED OR DISPARAGED. They even designed fake studies with ridiculous dosing, late dosing outside known effective window etc to discredit, because of MONEY. May they burn in hell. Need proof?
I didn't have my 31 yr old son's vaccine records handy and I did his survey first. After looking at my younger child's record I'm pretty sure I under counted the eldest by a few. He got chicken pox naturally and I remember thinking how crazy a varicella vaccine was when my daughter was offered that. I declined a few times, but finally gave in. Later on I got a letter saying it was ineffective and she needed another. Wish I had stopped at that point, but it wasn't until HPV started being pushed on her and flu shot for me at work, I started feeling very uneasy and distrustful. I just couldn't fathom the vaccines being part of the issues my kids had.
Filled out for both of my kids. Details at my substack. Both unvaxxed as infants/children except Vit K. except for Td and Yellow fever in oldest child (15 y.o.) in 2014 before a trip to Peru. Within 3-5 months of those two shots, she developed hair loss, gluten sensitivity and Hashimoto’s and had no health issues prior. Both lab confirmed.
You've got age of child, and country of origin. Maybe some resources could be allocated to generate a changing 'normal' childhood schedule by some or most of the countries? I wanted to say 'the usual lot' offered at school for all my kids, with no flu or any extra. So for their age that is not a lot of jabs and which jabs is also more or less known by country, given how old my kids are. Would introduce some rigour into which jabs and how many total. I guessed, most will.
I dunno. Going to get a lot of unneeded variation when 'the usual lot offered at school' is a reasonably known quantity?
Also the health question uses the word SERIOUS in caps and also mentions 'chronic'. If you need severity ask for it after defining it. If you need to know how long something has been a 'SERIOUS' condition ask for 'how long'.
Or leave the word SERIOUS in the question but provide at least a rudimentary definition of what you expect. If any of that is too complex drop the words serious and chronic from the question. Just asking for trouble.

And about the same time over the past 40 years, our food has become mostly low nutrient with toxic seed oils, preservatives, colors, and the low fat lie. Our standard American diet is an important culprit for Autoimmune and ADHD and more. The USDA and FDA forcing the food pyramid onto us has destroyed our health too.
I think you need arthritis on this list. I also think it has affected an even older cohort. I am 43, (and have) childhood rheumatoid arthritis and celiac disease. My partner (2 years old) had severe sinusitis as a child (so severe he was on 7 courses of antibiotics before the age of two and has had chronic stomach problems his whole life) Neither of us ever thought of this is vax related. Now we both wonder.
Something to consider is asking if someone received rohgam in pregnancy. I don’t think it’s technically a vaccine but it kinda is! And it’s made up of other peoples blood so now they could be getting mrna tainted blood in the shot
we have some great preliminary data including a 25X increase in autoimmune disorders!!
