That RCW you linked is a law about sexually transmitted disease, not respiratory infections like Covid. The WA State Board of Health posted on their agenda the number of a 2003 HIV rule they were revising because of 2020 legislation, and a lot of newly paying attention people saw the number, didn't know the context, and jumped to conclusions. Understandable with what's happening, but still not true. Unfortunately, the fear generated by the misunderstanding overshadowed a petition on the agenda that would have prohibited schools mandates of EUA shots, and licensed shots that had no completed Phase 3 trials. They allowed The Patriot Act which allows spying on all citizens, it allowed Bush to murder at least 100,000 Iraqis over a lie, they allowed Obama to bring Libya to civil war and bring back slavery, they allowed the press to become propaganda, they allowed internet censorship, they allowed a stolen election.
Informed consent flew out the window and now they want to add an EUA injection that hasn't even passed phase III clinical trials to our children's vaccine schedule?
