Imagine going into a diner and the place mat has a web address for info on covid vaccines!? Find some advertising modality that allows it. You can even pay for an ad you make that sends people to a web page. Then, anything likely to be censored, you don't put on that page until after the ad goes into circulation. ) You can check with someone in law, and see if this can be done legally ( What are you allowed to present on this subject through use of a public ad), then do it in a way that dodges the unwritten law ( the censorship.)
