I believe, Sara Cody is just a facade. I'm very curious about Dr Marty Fenstersheib, in various sources he's called "testing and vaccination guru", "SCC health officer", "vaccination director" etc. but it's impossible to find his official position and contacts on the county website. He retired in 2013, then in 2020 he was an interim health officer in San Benito county and was practically fired (quit under pressure) by Peter Hernandez for refusing to re-open businesses. Then he ended up back in Santa Clara in a newly created role of "testing and vaccination officer" while Sara Cody struggled with getting enough people tested. He succeeded with both testing numbers and vaccinations. In July 2021 he retired again. Then, in December 2021, he magically reappeared in the same role with the county, urging people to get boosted. Now the county requires boosters.
Transparent California shows that his last salary was in 2013, and he's receiving pension with the number of years of service not changing since 2013. There is no salary for 2020. Is he even employed by SCC? How does someone find out a public employee record?

He believed he caught it at work because his girlfriend doesn't have it. More evidenced that the vaxxed are incubators for the virus.

Excellent article. There is zero science driven by her mandates and it’s time Santa Clara county residents hold this woman accountable for all of the businesses and lives destroyed. The only pandemic I can see as a SJ resident is the mental health crisis that has exasperated from her authoritarian measures in place.
I think that a lot of people that are complaining about this are getting what they voted for. I know plenty of people did not vote for that but they've remained there and tolerated it.
And, precisely what they voted for are the kind of politicians that allow unelected and unaccountable "experts" to essentially rule by decree. They're not bold enough to pass legislation -- whether they could do it or not, they don't try. They just defer to "experts" to do their dirty work.
So what they voted for (or what they tolerate by remaining there) is a government that rules (not legislates!) by decree. In the scope of human history, such government has gone much further with rule by decree and it only ever gets worse.
Self-interest is often interpreted as greed but it’s better understood as personal agency and responsibility.
It’s not a crazy idea. The person closest to a problem is usually the best person to solve the problem (he/she just has so much more detailed information than anyone else).
Thinking “I know better than you what’s best for you” is at the root of so much evil in the world and it is the logical fallacy that leads technocrats toward fascism.

I am an RN working in SCC. I was told I would be put on unpaid leave on January 25th. Prior to this, I had an approved Religious Exemption. I have since been told I will be allowed to work. I must wear an N95, which I had already been doing . I must test twice weekly, which I had already been doing. What is new, is that I cannot eat in the lunchroom or in the cafeteria. At least 4 RN's on my unit have come down with CV19. At least 3 of those were vaxxed and two were boosted. I wonder when they will send me my armband? Whatever comes, I will not take these ineffective and unsafe injections. Hold the line patriots! Americans do not kneel to tyrants.
There is really NO question as to the reality of this man made virus. It was cooked up in the lab in Georgia, USA first and then moved onto the lab in Wuhan, China. And all of it financed and pushed forward by Fauci, NIH, WHO, CDC, and the rest of the alphabet soup! It's a real virus, but it's not as deadly as they had planned, hence the creation of the VACCINE! So, the plan then increased to this forced fear mongering around the world, "all must be vaccinated or die!" Right? At first the public bought into it, at least most of us, obviously not all of us. This is exactly how Carl Marx and his cohorts got the ball rolling in all of the communist block countries. Divide and conquer! Sound old hat? Well it is, it's as old as civilization itself.
